Outdoor seating parts do not fit. Wayfair will NOT supply manufacturer contact info.

Suggested that we take it apart , pack all parts and send back by FEDEX. VERY disappointed and disgruntled!

They get 0 rating I purchased 2 dressers from Wayfair a year ago drawers separated and will not open. Wayfair will not return or replace because I didnt buy extended warranty. They must have had several complaints because the dresser is being sold under a different name but the manufacturer is the same Lark Manor

DO NOT BUY FROM LARK MANOR.

I purchased 4 bar stools at $252 on Wayfair , they split the order 3:1.

2 days later they cancelled the 3 and sent the 1. Then increased the price of the stools to $679.

Tried to order again at new price, and my order was on hold. They were sold out but still taking money.

Ordered this couch and it came in damaged due to shipping. They drag it and ship it standing on end which wore *** through the fabric on the corner of the back, through the plastic and card board packaging.

Reordered the couch because we really liked it and it too came in with the exact same damage on the same location. Just wanted you to know and that we will shop somewhere else for a similar product, good luck everybody!

I would to have a customer service phone number to ask a question about my defective power remote. Pleas send a direct phone number. I don’t want to pay for a membership to ask for assistance

I ordered two 5 deep lounge chair cushions. They are 3 deep.

Why would a company tell an outright lie?

I ordered my Lark Manor power chair from Wayfair. Their 30 day return and warranty have passed.

I want a replacement power cord and can't locate the company and got absolutely no help from Wayfair. I think I just made my last purchase at Wayfair.

I purchased a $200 bed frame from Wayfair and the wooden foundation cracked. The producer does not want to replace the part I need.

Ive only had his bed frame two months. Terrible quality buy elsewhere.

I purchased a queen futon in August the frame is already cracked I was told by one person to keep it or donate it then I was told to send it back which I dont have the boxes they will not refund my money

Lark Manor Krieger Tufted Low Profile Standard Queen Bed

Missing footboard, both round legs that attach to footboard, and the slats.

All of that was missing from the box of this $999.00 Queen bed.

I would like to try to get parts to assemble this bed.

I purchased the Saint-Gratien Accent Cabinet not too long ago and the item doesn’t seem to be holding up well. We have very light items on the shelf and it collapsed.

The sides of the cabinet also spread which caused the doors to not close.

I would love to know what can be done. I love this item and get a lot of compliments on it when people visit my home.
