I wanted to purchase one of their products but wanted more information prior to purchase. They send me to another website where I would get charged for information. Its outrages.

I reached out to Allstate, who informed me that the product was still under warranty. When I contacted Wayfair, I was advised that I would receive an email within 24-48 hours.
Upon receiving the email, I was informed that the 30-day limited warranty had expired. I followed up with Wayfair and explained what the manufacturer had conveyed. A Wayfair representative confirmed that, while I had the 5-year Allstate warranty, there was also a one-year manufacturer's warranty. The representative indicated that the matter would be escalated since the manufacturer was refusing to honor the warranty.
She mentioned I could expect another email within 24-48 hours. I then inquired why Wayfair would continue to partner with a manufacturer holding such distressing views. Unfortunately, I received no response.
I didn't check on the manufacturer beforehand because, as a loyal customer, I trusted Wayfair. #BlindersOff

My girls purchased an electric recliner for my birthday last April. There is still an active warranty on it.
The problem occurred when a wire disconnected from the chair and now it wont recline and return to the upright position. Ive sent numerous emails as well to the company headquarters. Lark Manor is owned by Wayfair Furniture. I initially contacted Wayfair but was referred to the warranty company .
I began emailing the on February 22, 2025. To this date March 14th, Ive NOT even received that my numerous emails have been received. Im currently contacting the US Attorneys Office for further assistance in this matter. This was not my first purchase but rest assured it will be my last.
This chai was in excess of $600.00 and now its a useless piece of furniture whos is taking up space. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Use caution when considering a future purchase. PLEASE read the reviews FIRST!
I wished I read the ratings BEFORE. Ive informed them to remove me from ANY promotions, etc.

We ordered a vanity for a client. It arrived with the hardware smashed into the doors.
Typically, cabinet hardware is mounted on the inside for shipping.
This caused damage to the face of the drawers. I have attempted to contact support to get this resolved multiple times and have yet to receive a single reply.

Outdoor seating parts do not fit. Wayfair will NOT supply manufacturer contact info.
Suggested that we take it apart , pack all parts and send back by FEDEX. VERY disappointed and disgruntled!

They get 0 rating I purchased 2 dressers from Wayfair a year ago drawers separated and will not open. Wayfair will not return or replace because I didnt buy extended warranty. They must have had several complaints because the dresser is being sold under a different name but the manufacturer is the same Lark Manor

Cancelled order and then increased price

2 days later they cancelled the 3 and sent the 1. Then increased the price of the stools to $679.
Tried to order again at new price, and my order was on hold. They were sold out but still taking money.

- - The couch arrived damaged from shipping twice, with wear on the back corner from standing on end, and I will shop elsewhere.
Ordered this couch and it came in damaged due to shipping. They drag it and ship it standing on end which wore *** through the fabric on the corner of the back, through the plastic and card board packaging.
Reordered the couch because we really liked it and it too came in with the exact same damage on the same location. Just wanted you to know and that we will shop somewhere else for a similar product, good luck everybody!
